Handlebar falls in, needed extra tools to fix it in the desired position, now the black folding-thing that originally supposed to hold it together sticks out. Cannot fold it anymore, after opening it for the first time. Noisy, shakes the devil out of me, not a comfortable ride at all. To fix the child step on it, you have to cut off some of the non-slip rubber thing off - no tools provided. So for me it would mean I had to spend more to buy the tools I need to fix the step on it. If you decide to take it off, it will leave an ugly mark on the scooter�s frame, from where the rubber was removed.
It was a long wanted present for myself to do part of the commuting on it. I decided to spend a bit more and get a decent one - but honestly my daughter�s �30 scooter is better than this what I spent �100 on. Saying that I�m disappointed is an understatement. I would send it back but of course through the box out straight away.

Rubbish. When it arrived it had a faulty lever that meant you couldn't open and close it. It was impossible to get through to customer service for a refund or exchange. Won't be buying with Decathlon again.

I love it. My husband finds the suspension a bit hard.. I guess the heavier you are the more you feeling. Works great for me
