Role Purpose
Key Accountabilities
  • Check that products needed for his service sta��on are on hand according to set par level and perform the order of the products from the internal store
  • Receive food orders and prepare requested meat items and their display as per the outlined recipes, the HACCP standards, the portion control practices, and the items’ presentation guidelines
  • Cut trim, bone, grind, portion, weigh meat and ingredients, and mixes them accordning to requirements
  • Identify and label types of cut and indicate date and storing conditions
  • Ensure sanitation of work station at all times during the shift by cleaning the fridge, shelves and
  • counter, sharpening knives and cleaning utensils upon end of shift
  • Assist and help customers as per the sequence of service set by the company and SOP's
  • Maintain good product items knowledge in order to answer any customer or colleague inquiry
  • Check the shelf life of products, tag the production/expiry date on each product, monitor wasted
  • product figures, and estimate needed supplies
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
  • 0-1 years of experience in F&B operations in a similar role
  • Knowledge of different butchery specialty items
  • Fluency in English
  • High School Degree is a plus
