Role Purpose
Key Accountabilities

Organizeand manage the day-to-day running of the manager's professional and personalaffairs in order to ensure the provision of high-quality support

Managethe schedules to ensure effective time management, coordinate activities,prioritize appointments and reschedule where necessary

Manage,prioritize, screen and monitor the manager’s correspondence, including calls,emails, post and fax, in order to ensure they are dealt with in a timelymanner

Collectand research information on assigned matters, as well as produce reports asrequested

Attendsenior level meetings (i.e. executive committee, board meetings and other) andrecord minutes of meeting for future reference

Organizeand set up meetings and working sessions in order to inform the concernedparties accordingly

Reviewand edit legal and non-legal documents

Monitorand update summaries of leases and other contracts

Draftbasic legal documents such as undertakings, proxies, resolutions and other

Maintainthe online filing of the corporate documents and keep other legal documentsup-to-date


Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of experience in a related field

Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office
