Role Purpose

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning , organizing , directing and controlling operations

of the back and front of the house .


Key Accountabilities

The F&B Retail Manager is responsible for running the Retail Department and its team members in

order to meet the brand’s targets and mission and policies. He/ she ensure an excellent retail

management and customer service is delivered.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

Develop the annual/seasonal business plan and budgets to achieve sales target, as well as, take full

ownership and accountability over the P&L account ensuring profit maximization

Manage the stock effectively and meet stock performance objectives by controlling the end of month

inventory as well as managing all order placement and promotional activities to maximize sales and

minimize loss

Ensure the manpower is effectively matching operational requirement in a cost effective manner

Recruit, train, motivate and evaluates his/her team to ensure that the retail department has the

required skill base and team are optimally motivated and enable to maximize their potential and

contribution to the company

Oversee the store front image by leading visual merchandising activities and rotating products in

alignment with the brand’s merchandising guidelines

Monitor competion, market activities and trends in order to keep the brand at the forefront of the

F&B industry

Ensure effective implementation of service standards and operational procedures including standard

expiry process as per the set guidelines in addition to health and safety regulation

Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs and complaints are

answered in a timely manner in compliance with quality and customer service standards creating

customer loyalty and porfolio



Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in hospitality management

6 years of experience in Retail food operation out of which 3 years in a managerial role

Fluency in English, Italian and Arabic is a major plus

Proficiency in MS office
