Role Purpose
The Store Services Administrator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and stable running of the stores’
operation in terms of services . He / she ensures all maintenance requests are coordinated and
attended to in a timely manner .
Key Accountabilities
Receive Store Services helpdesk requests, record and dispatch them to concerned parties for processing purposes
Process store services related invoices and completion reports and maintain the department’s petty cash
Submit Work Permit requests to mall management for approval of maintenance related works
Organize and maintain the department’s filing system, store correspondence and other records in an effective manner
Update the quotations sent to the Procurement Department for purchase orders processing
Consolidate the department’s monthly report on store services status
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
High School Degree
3 years of experience in an administrative position
Fluency in English
Proffciency in MS Office
