Negotiate and manage all maintenance contracts and cleaning services.
Follow up on stores' adherence to set policies while ensuring high service level and performing continuous quality control.
Support the development of facilities procedures, policies and processes and establish best practice methodology to maintain retail chain and support functions and energy management issues.
Manage maintenance team and contractors and prepare written and oral progress reports for facilities maintenance projects.
Inspect and approve workmanship of finished installations and ensure conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects.
Prepare the department's annual budget and business plan, report and predict repair/maintenance problems and costs and check, validate and process vendor invoices.
Handle the hand over and follow up of stores from the engineering department to the commercial team.
Oversee the repair and maintenance vendor selection process and develop spare parts list/inventory levels.
Manage the completion of minor renovation in stores/back office.
Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, seeing deadlines, monitoring results and quality, recruiting, providing training and handling team's request.
