Role Purpose

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting various recruitment activities that will provide line managers with a suitable pool of applicants from which to select and for negotiating and finalizing Contracts with candidates.

Key Accountabilities

·         Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well

·         as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set

·         company policy

·         Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate recruitment methods

·         to source candidates

·         Suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates

·         Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for

·         recruitment purposes

·         Identify opportunities for recruitment campaigns; plan, communicate and drive them upon approval

·         Create and implement automated statistical reports as requested in order to ensure proper staffing

·         analysis and recruitment process monitoring

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

·         2-3 years of experience in Recruitment

·         Fluency in English

·         Proficiency in MS Office
