Conduct intensive research for potential new brands in existing and new lines of business in addition to collect relevant information regarding company and brand profiles, financials as well as background of key people.
Conduct retail market analysis (brands, competition, new concepts, trends both regional and international) and update the Real Estate Department with status of negotiations for future real estate planning requirements.
Initiate and establish contact with targeted companies to grow the portfolio with new lines of business and update potential brands database on continuous basis.
Prepare presentations regarding the company and its brands to be delivered to suppliers, Malls managers and Brands owners.
Participate in the negotiation for the initial stages (heads of terms) and review franchise agreement with supplier Coordinate with Logistics and Finance departments to provide financial simulations in order to assess proposed terms of prospective brands.
Coordinate with the Commercial department in order to validate new brands and determine pricing strategy based on market analysis.
Consult with Country and Market Managers in order to assess the viability of new brands in new/existing markets.
Coordinate with the Real Estate department for locations of brands to be signed in existing and new markets.
