Role Purpose

The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in the management of the HR department.

Key Accountabilities

·         Provides the needed support in the recruitment activities in order to ensure the selection of high

·         caliber candidates for key positions

·         Manage and support the Performance Management team in offering them with professional advice

·         and guidance regarding occurring ER issues

·         Ensure that the Compensation & Benefits operations are in adherence to the set policies and

·         procedures

·         Take part in the preparation of the allocated budget of the HR department

·         Suggest efficient HR materials in compliance with set policies and legal requirements

·         Provide the needed support in identifying employees training needs

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

·         Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology or a related field

·         6 years of experience in HR with, 1 of which is in a supervisory role

·         Proficiency in MS Office

·         Fluency in English
