-Sources CVs for open positions from the company’s website and different search engines.
-Conducts prescreening for the selected CVs and coordinates with recruiters and line managers
to schedule interviews.
-Administers tests to short listed candidates and transferred employees, computes the results
and enters them in the database.
-Updates candidates on the status of their applications.
-Maintains the recruitment system, updates it on a daily basis and manages online job
-Checks candidates’ references with their previous employers when required from the
-Processes recruitment documentation and information from a variety of sources in order to
support ongoing Recruitment activities.
