I've used these before so I like the versatility these straps offer. Solves a few problems in my home gym.

Useless rubbish. Its detached 4 times now and only had 5-7kg weight on the cable machine. Im not strong and useless to me.
It detaches with no warning and throws the weight down with force so could break your own equipment. How has this product made it to the market.

When I use this to do leg kick backs with weights, the metal hit my shin and it hurts. Regardless if I tighten or loosen it, it’s still painful.
End up I had to tie my towel around my leg to avoid the abrasion.

Tried to use it with more than 10 kg and it didn't hold.
One of the few products from Decathlon that let me down.
You can find better and cheaper alternatives on amazon.
