How to adjust the length of the rope to your heightIt is important for gymnasts to choose a rope that is appropriate for their height.
To choose the right length: Stand with your feet together and flat on the ground. Slip the rope under both feet.
The ends of the rope should come up to armpit level.
We recommend cutting the rope to the right length and quickly burning the edges to stop them fraying.
You can also tie a knot at the ends for better grip.
Our product manager's tip: if needed, wash the rope by hand but do not machine wash.
