These were recommended by a running magazine but after just 1 5K run I have been left with an aching calf and knee. The heel isn't supported and the sizing is a little on the large size. I'm a size 7 yet these are slightly big in length. More like a 7.5. They we're comfy to begin with yet when I got to 2K I could feel that they weren't right. Please advise as I would like a refund but I doubt I'll be able to as I've now worn them. Just 45 mins of wear and I'm out of pocket.

Shape of the shoes is pathetic not support your foot. Only sole is good. But over all shoes is not upto the basis standards.
