- Size S you are up to 1.65 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 55 cm- Size M you are between 1.65 and 1.85 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 65 cm- Size L you are over 1.85 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 75 cm,
How do you inflate it to the right size?
When you pump up your ball for the first time, don't be afraid to over-inflate it.Sit on it and adjust the level of inflation (by slightly deflating if required) to help you adjust the ball size to your height. Your knees should be at the same height as your hips, or slightly lower.To save time, you can inflate your ball using the Swiss Ball pump (sold separately).,
