1. How do I place an order?
Browse the categories at the top (New In, Brands, Clothing, Shoes, Lifestyle) or use the search icon on the top right. Click on the product you like, select your size, and click ‘Add to Bag’. Review your bag and proceed to checkout. You can register an account or continue as a guest. Enter your delivery details and payment method, then confirm your purchase. You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email when it’s shipped. For any help, contact our Customer Service team via webchat or WhatsApp.
2. How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming it's being processed. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. Our delivery partners may also let you choose your preferred delivery time or leave specific instructions. For any questions, contact our Customer Service team via webchat or WhatsApp.
3. How can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it by contacting Customer Service right away. If it’s already shipped, we can guide you through the return process instead. Reach out to Customer Service for help or check the full contact list.
4. How can I return an order?
To return an item, go to ‘Order and Returns Status’ and follow the steps there. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and have the return tag attached. Please note that underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics, and perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5. What is your refund policy?
Returns are free! Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a full refund excluding shipping fees. Please note, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded by Gift Card only and not in cash. For help, contact our Customer Service team.
6. When will my fabulous new purchase arrive?
Since all deliveries are shipped internationally, we aim to deliver within 6 to 12 days. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.
7. Can I send a product as a gift?
Yes! Just place your order as usual, and during checkout, choose the option to send it as a gift. You can also add a personal gift message. You’ll still receive the standard order confirmation and tracking information.
8. Can I place an order over the phone?
Sorry, we don’t offer phone orders at the moment. However, our Customer Service team is happy to guide you through placing an order. Check our contact details for assistance.

10. What are the accepted payment methods?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please note that COD payments cannot be combined with Gift Card payments.
11. What are the accepted currencies?
All purchases are charged in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
13. How much is delivery?
All international deliveries will be a charge of IQD 11,000 & local deliveries a charge of IQD 6,000. Delivery costs may vary during promotions.
14. What are the duties/taxes incurred on my order?
All taxes are included in the prices you see. A full breakdown will be available at checkout.
15. Which countries does Azadea deliver to?
We currently deliver across Iraq only.
16. Can I change the delivery location after checkout?
Yes, just contact our Customer Service team with your updated address details.
17. What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team immediately for help with a refund or exchange.

22. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account takes less than a minute and offers extra benefits like saving payment methods and addresses, creating a Wishlist, and tracking your orders easily.
