Free Returns Online & In-Store

Returning an item is simple and free of charge. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can start your return online, and customers in Iraq can return eligible items online or in-store.

Please note: delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded. Returns must be sent back in their original condition with Azadea.com packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes are not eligible for return.

How to Return

I have an account
  1. Sign in to your account and select the order you would like to return.
  2. Click Create a Return.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the return reason.
  4. Review your return details before submitting.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and complete your return request.
  6. You will receive a return case number and confirmation by email.
  7. Arrange the collection with Customer Service if needed.
  8. Tick the items you wish to return on both return notes.
  9. Pack the items in their original packaging and place one return note inside the box.
  10. Give the second return note to the courier and keep it as proof of pick-up.
  11. Please note: COD orders are refunded by coupon only, not by cash.
I don’t have an account
  1. Click Order and Return Status and enter your order number and email address.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions and complete your return request.
  3. You will receive a return case number and confirmation by email.
  4. Arrange the collection with Customer Service if needed.
  5. Tick the items you wish to return on both return notes.
  6. Pack the items in their original packaging and place one return note inside the box.
  7. Give the second return note to the courier and keep it as proof of pick-up.
  8. The full amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies. COD orders are refunded by coupon only, not by cash.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and fit for resale.
  • All labels, components, dust bags, certificates of authenticity, boxes and original Azadea.com packaging must be included.
  • Shoes must be returned without markings on the sole or shoe box.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Please take extra care when trying on light-coloured or delicate items.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Underwear
  • Bathing suits
  • Cosmetics
  • Perfumes
  • Items customized at the customer’s request

Technology Products

  • Technology products can only be returned if they are sealed and in their original condition.
  • Defective items may be subject to after-sales service and repair.
  • Repair timelines may range from 10 to 21 business days from the date the item is received.
  • If a technology product arrives damaged, please inform Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds During Promotions

  • For Buy One, Get One Free promotions, the refund is adjusted on a pro rata basis. If the paid item is returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
  • For Buy 1, Get 50% Off on the 2nd Item promotions, the 50% discount applies to the lower-value item. Refunds are adjusted on a pro rata basis.
  • For extra percentage discounts such as 20% off, the refund is calculated based on a proportional distribution of the discount across all items.
