HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WRAPS
For low-impact use such as for touch sparring, the 100 wraps (2.5 m) in polyester are more than sufficient; just make sure you wrap the key zones (thumb and wrist).For more intense use, such as sparring at full force, opt for the 500 wraps (3.5 m) in cotton. These thicker wraps provide much stronger support and better protection of the metacarpals.,
