I feel the design itself is faulty, because its extremly hard to impossible to secure the clamp tight enought for the seat to be in place when riding over a hump or a ditch. The material is soft and wears off. The staff at store understood the problem and replaced with a new one for the 1st time and for the 2nd time had the same issue and got a refund.
