With a stopwatch function that's accurate to 1/100th second and lap timer, you can measure your performances and progress.

The 5 last sessions carried out with the stopwatch will be saved in the history mode.
There, you can consult all the lap times you have measured.

You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals!
5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).
For example:
- 20' warm-up
- 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery
- 2 sets
- 2' rest between sets
- 10' recovery at end of workout

Keep your watch on as you swim along the surface or have a shower after your exertions, it's waterproofed to 5 ATM and has buttons that work underwater.

Change your strap easily, no tools required.
