The filling of this padded jacket is made from 70% recycled polyester fibres.
For the lining, we use a �bi-ton� dyeing process where only one thread in every two is dyed. This dyed thread is also the result of dope dyeing which incorporates the colour pigments from the initial thread manufacture to avoid the use of dyeing baths and reduce our water consumption.
This process can reduce CO2 emissions by 40% compared to traditional dyeing methods.
