Cash on Delivery

A Cash on Delivery fee of AED 10 applies. Cash on Delivery orders are accepted up to AED 3,600. Cash on Delivery is not applicable for large items.

Gift Cards & Coupons

Gift Cards and coupons can be used on their own or with another payment method, except Cash on Delivery.

The currency you shop and pay with will default to the currency of the country you are browsing in. For the UAE, purchases are processed in AED.

Storing Your Payment Details

Saved payment details

When you create an account, you can save your preferred payment methods and card details to make future shopping quicker and simpler.

Your card details are stored securely and only the last four digits of the card number are displayed. You can remove your saved card details at any time by unchecking Remember my payment details on the payment page.

For your protection, if you change your address or add a new one, you may be asked to re-enter your card details.

After You Place An Order

Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order on Azadea.com, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive another email with tracking information.

If payment is captured but the order cannot be fulfilled, the respective amount will be refunded back.
