Returns

Returns to Azadea.com are free and simple to make.

 
If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Currently returns are only processed via the website

Then, all that’s left to do is organize your collection. As part of our policy, all returns from UAE are free of charge. Please make sure to read the product policy below, before returning your items. Please note, delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded in case of return. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted, so please be sure to send all items back in their original condition with all Azadea.com packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes, are not eligible for return. Please follow the instructions below: 

I have an account


1.Sign into your web account and select the order you would like to return. 
2.Once you have selected the order you wish to return, please select ‘create a return’.
3.Please tick the product(s) you wish to return and select the reason for returning, before clicking ‘next step’. 
4.You will now be able to review your return before completing the process, cancelling or amending the return. 
5.Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘next step’ to complete your return. 
6.You will now be given a returns case number and receive confirmation via email that your returns request has been received. 
7.Once you have received your confirmation, you can arrange by calling our Customer Service team who will be happy to do this for you. 
8.Tick the items you wish to return on both returns notes. 
9.Pack the products in the original packaging, placing the returns note in the box. 
10.When the courier collects the products, please give the second returns note to them in exchange for proof of pick-up.
11.Please note, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by a coupon only and not by cash. 

I do not have an account:


1.If you do not have an account with us, please click ‘Order and return status’ and enter your order number and email.
2.Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘next step’ to complete your return. 
3.You will now be given a returns case number and receive confirmation via email that your returns request has been received. 
4.Once you have received your confirmation, you can arrange by calling our Customer Service team who will be happy to do this for you. 
5.Tick the items you wish to return on both returns notes. 
6.Pack the products in the original packaging, placing the returns note in the box. 
7.When the courier collects the products, please give the second returns note to them in exchange for proof of pick-up. 
8.Full amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies. Please note, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by a coupon only and not by cash.

Product Policy 


All items returned to Azadea.com must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure products are returned with all Azadea.com packaging in place in the condition that it was delivered in. We ask that you take care when trying on light colours or delicate fabrics to avoid damage that may result in a non-refund, furthermore evidence of wearing our clothing items outside of trying on the item will also result in a non-return. Please return any dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes as these are considered to be part of the product. Shoes should be returned without markings to the sole or shoe box. We ensure all products that leave our Azadea.com warehouse are in a perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. 
For technology products: 
•The product will not be returned unless its sealed and in its original condition 
•Products deemed to be defective are subject to after service repairs, repair work may range from 10 to 21 business days from the date that they are received by Azadea.com. You will need to contact our Customer Service team for such cases. 
•In case of damaged products: We take extra care to ensure that your product reaches you in the best possible condition, so if it doesn't please be sure to inform us. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting our Customer Service team
