With the Mini Bike 100, you can work your muscles and your cardiovascular system at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.,
