1. Apply a KIKO MILANO base coat such as the Fast & Shiny Base And Top Coat to protect the nail and make it easier to apply the polish. Leave to dry. 2. Apply two coats of your chosen color, leaving time for each coat to dry. 3. Apply the Fast & Shiny Base and Top Coat to make the color even more dazzling and long-lasting.
