Returns to Azadea.com are free and simple to make.

Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Currently, returns are processed via the website only.

Before you return

  • Return items in their original condition with all Azadea.com packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes are not eligible for return.
  • Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
 

How to return

I have an account

  1. Sign in and select the order you would like to return.
  2. SelectCreate a return.
  3. Tick ​​the product(s), choose a reason, then clickNext step.
  4. Review your return (you can cancel or send it).
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and clickNext stepto submit.
  6. You'll receive areturns case numberand an email confirmation.
  7. After confirmation, call our Customer Service team to arrange collection.
  8. Tick ​​the items you wish to return onbothreturns notes.
  9. Pack products in the original packaging and place the returns note in the box.
  10. Give the second note returns to the courier in exchange for proof of pick-up.
  11. Note:Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by a coupon only (not cash).

Product Policy

  • All items must be unworn , new and unused .
  • Items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
  • Please return any dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes as they are considered part of the product.
  • Shoes should be returned without marks to the sole or shoe box.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
 

Technology products

  • The product will not be returned unless it's sealed and in its original condition.
  • Products deemed defective are subject to after service repairs (typically 10 to 21 business days from the date received by Azadea.com). Please contact Customer Service for these cases.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting Customer Service.
 

Product Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our Customer Service team or request a home return from our website and our courier will collect it from your location. Any home-collected return or exchange should include the order printed receipt.

  • After verification that the return complies with the requirements, we will refund the amount excluding transportation charges: to the card used if paid by card, and via coupon if paid by cash.
  • Products must be in their original packaging. Technical products are subject to a quality check at the time of return.
  • A product may be returned for refund within 30 days (except underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics, perfumes, or customized items). Labels must be attached, and all components must be returned.
  • Azadea.com reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant returns.
 

Refunds during promotions

  • If your order included "Buy One, Get One Free" , the free item is part of the offer. Refunds are adjusted on a pro rata basis; If the paid item is returned, the value of the free item is deducted.
  • If your order included "Buy 1, Get 50% Off on the 2nd Item" , the 50% discount applies to the lowest-value item. Refunds are adjusted on a pro rata basis to reflect the promotion.
  • If your order benefited from an extra percentage discount (eg, 20% off), the refund is calculated based on a proportional distribution of the discount across all items.
