1. Apply two coats of Perfect Gel Nail Lacquer nail polish onto your nails, leaving it to dry in between applications. Leave it for 2 minutes before applying the top coat. 2. Apply the Perfect Gel Nail Top Coat and leave to dry for 3 minutes.
