Electric Massage Belt, Black

Purchased today and when I opened the packaging, the power source was an EU plug. This was by no means clear or advertised and staff should have also advised. Now a further �20 out of pocket to buy a EU-UK adapter and still do not know if it actually works!!! Can Decathlon UK please respond

Bought for daughter- arrived with Euro 2 pin plug!! Despite D being told via several previous reviews that it�s an issue- she contacted them and warehouse sent wrong plug!! You seem unable to resolve this issue- cannot plug it into shaver adapter as they are rated 1 amp and massager is 2 amp - I have sourced a 13 amp visitor to UK adapter for daughter to use for �4.99- Decathlon you really need to get act together on this product- which is great except you cannot use it safely!!! Still waiting for resolution!!

Purchased online in the UK but arrived with a European 2-pin plug and no UK 3-pin plug. My understanding of the The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 is that it is a criminal offence to sell such a device for domestic use in the UK with a non-UK plug. Customer Services sent two (different and unpackaged) travel adapters when I complained but the regulations explicitly say a travel adapter is not acceptable - only a fused converter that can only be removed with the use of a tool would meet the standards required. The plug and short lead supplied appear to be easily replaceable with a three-pin version (and you can see the connector in the product image) so if my reading of the regulations is correct, I am shocked that a company the size of Decathlon would make an error then refuse to supply the correct plug and lead. I will be going to Trading Standards to flag this up.

Brought this product at Southampton store and paid using the self service check outs. Apparently this item should have a UK adapter in the box or one given to us in store. Drove 115 miles back to Hertfordshire to find it did not work without the adapter. Why are they selling items not for use in the UK. Spoke to a cousin of mine who had the same problem with an electric bike charging unit, no UK Plug or adaptor fitted. Bloody disgraceful, trading standards should be made aware of this.
