How to choose your boxing gloves

The training boxing gloves are available in several sizes to fit every hand. Pick your glove size based on your weight and your hand size. For women: 45 to 55kg -> 10oz 55 to 65kg -> 12oz 65 to 75kg -> 14oz Over 75 kg -> 16oz. For men: 35 to 55kg -> 8oz 55 to 65kg -> 10oz 65 to 80kg -> 12oz 80 to 95kg -> 14oz > 95kg -> 16oz.

How should you use these boxing gloves
