These trainers feature a lightweight and breathable semi-recycled mesh upper and have no-sew overlays for extra support. Our Schooling stirrup leathers are double-stitched for greater durability! Moisture management: Use of polyester for perspiration wicking. Warmth: Tight, thick knit (Spacer) that protects from the cold. Stretch: Contains elastane for freedom of movement. Softness: Soft, supple fabric that's comfortable for doing gym activities and other sports.

We recommend cleaning your mat with a soft cloth and soapy water. Between more thorough washes, use our essential oils spray to refresh your mat. Leave the mat to air dry before rolling it up again.

This mat is 200 cm long, 75 cm wide and 5 mm thick. It weighs 900 g.
Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? Transitions are slower and poses are less physically intense. A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints.- Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. A mat up to 5 mm thick will give you better grip and stability for balance.
Considering the mat's weight
The mat's weight depends on the material. We use based on their properties to meet your needs during use. Some are heavier than others, and so the thicker the mat, the heavier it will be. Remember to consider this when choosing your mat! (on the move or not; on foot, by bike, by car...) Our mats range from 405 g to 3 kg.
