A deadlift record: these lifting straps can handle all your loads up to 200 kg for safe, controlled pulls.

Double protection for your performance! The rubber grip prevents any slipping on the bar, while the faux suede protects your wrists from irritation. Load up with confidence.

Why use these lifting straps?

Free your full potential! These lifting straps allow you to free yourself from the limits of your grip so you can concentrate fully on the muscle you're targeting. Whether a beginner or advanced lifter, you can lift heavier and for longer without being limited by your grip. Ultra-durable, they support up to 200 kg, combined with your grip strength. The result: more intensive and effective workouts!

The details that make all the difference

Excellence is in the details!
- Intuitive markings to instantly identify left and right
- Rubber surface for perfect grip on the bar.
- Faux suede to protect your wrists from irritation under heavy loads.
A smart design that optimises every aspect of your grip: no more doubts, no more slipping, just more comfort!

How to use pull straps

Maximise your pulls in a few easy movements! Start by rolling the strap around your wrist, then around the bar. This technique secures your grip during intensive exercises such as deadlifts or Snatch Pulls. The straps act as a natural extension of your hands so you can focus on the quality of your movement rather than on your grip.

How to correctly put on the lifting strap

Perfect placement in 5 steps!
1) Roll your first strap around your wrist, passing it through its buckle.
2) The free end should hang naturally towards the inside of your hand.
3) Wrap the strap around the bar, starting under the bar and pulling it towards you.
4) Note: check that the thickness allows your hand to remain in contact with the bar.
5) Use the same technique for the second strap.
