Measuring the boots' thermal insulation.
Based on tests on perceived cold conducted in the field and in the lab involving a panel of users, we measure the thermal insulation of our boots when stationary (static) and when moving (dynamic). It is now possible to give a precise temperature rating down to which your boots will protect you. Comfort temperature ratings are indicated on your boots. We take into account the differences in the perception of cold between men and women.
Footwear waterproofing test.
Tested in the laboratory, the shoes give you an optimal impermeability. First immersed in water under air pressure, we check the absence of bubbles on the surface of the shoe.
