Strength training workout focused on glutes:- Side walk 3×12-20 reps/side- Squat, band at knees 3×12-20 reps- Donkey kick 3×12-20 reps/side- Glute bridge 3×12-20 repsShort 1-minute recovery between each set. Gradually increase the number of reps until you reach the maximum. Then reduce the size of the band to increase the difficulty.
