How to remove a tyre

To remove a tyre, you have to completely deflate the inner tube. You will then be able to work loose the tyre from the rim using a tyre lever.,

How to fit a tyre

Before fitting a tyre, firstly place one side of the tyre bed in the rim strip. Once this is done, pre-inflate your inner tube approximately 30% before mounting the tyre (the prior inflation prevents pinching the inner tube).Then fit the second side of the tyre bed in the rim, starting from the opposite side of the valve.Before completely inflating your tyre, check the inner tube is not wedged in between the tyre and the rim.,
