Dosent serve any purpose
I have shown these wrist wraps to my ortho and he clearly advised me that THESE SERVE NO PURPOSE, as they donot keep your joints in place, due to its short length I bought these because I am suffering from wrist injuries and I wanted a wrap to PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MY WRIST WHILE LIFTING WEIGHTS. These wraps do not serve any purpose as they do not wrap the wrist minimum of 3-4 times. It turns only once, and as far Ive seen there is no difference between wearing them and not wearing them.
