Eco-design
For the main fabric, we decided to use a more environmentally friendly dyeing processFabric dyeing uses a lot of water and also produces waste water from the dyeing baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we have opted for mass pigmentation (also called Dope Dye), integrating the colour pigments from the initial thread manufacture.We therefore reduce CO2 emissions by 37% compared to the old model.,
Durability
To guarantee unfailing durability, on the knees and buttocks we use a light fabric (150 g/sqm) that is extremely durable, made from 200 denier polyamide yarn (on the warp) and 320 denier (on the weft). Indestructible!!,
