Choosing the right size knee padsThese knee pads are available in five sizes, to fit different body types. To find your correct size, measure the circumference of the thigh 8 cm above the knee.
S 00: between 32 and 36 cm
S 1: between 36 and 39 cm
S 2: between 39 and 43 cm
S 3: between 43 and 47 cm
S 4: between 47 and 51 cm

Care instructionsEven knee pads deserve to be looked after in the wash!
To stop the colours running, we recommend washing them by hand or in a washing machine at 30°C. Based on experience, we recommend not tumble drying them. Air drying them is just fine.
