HOW TO USE IT
We suggest using these gloves for learning hold techniques (they are thin so you can easily grasp your opponent) and for punching without force (improving your precision).For more intense use, such as when sparring at full force, we suggest choosing a model with better shock absorption protection (500 Self-Defence Gloves).
