The top is easy to open with one hand by pressing on the white button marked PRESS. When carrying the flask, you can lock this button by sliding the white button down. A red area appears, indicating that the top is locked and it can no longer be pressed.The top has an integrated filter to keep tea leaves or infused fruits out of your cup. Not suitable for very fine cut teas.,
