This ensures that you put it on correctly every time (along the thumb and across the back of the hand), and on the right side (relative to the rip-tab at the other end).

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WRAPS
For low-impact use such as for touch sparring, the 2.5 or 3 m wraps are more than sufficient; just make sure you wrap the key zones (thumb, metacarpus, and wrist).For more intense use, such as sparring at full force, opt for the 4 or 4.5 m wraps. These thicker wraps provide much stronger support and better protection of the metacarpals.
