WHICH SIZE SWISS BALL DO YOU NEED
Picking the right size is easy if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 1 (diameter 55 cm); if you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 2 (diameter 65 cm); if you're more than 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (diameter75 cm) is the one you need.,
HOW SHOULD YOU INFLATE YOUR SWISS BALL SAFELY
First thing's first we recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product ref 8214626 or 8490986). Inflate your Swiss ball to its maximum size, using a tape measure to check its diameter. The maximum diameters for the different sizes are size 1 = 55 cm, size 2 = 65 cm, and size 3 = 75 cm. Lastly, sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip height. If they aren't, add or remove some of the air.,
