The expander has 5 cables, each of which have a resistance of 5 kg.
Minimum resistance: 5 kg
Maximum resistance: 25 kg
This weight training expander improves your strength, speed and power while reducing stress on your joints.This expander evolves with you: you can choose the resistance to suit your skill level or the exercise.
If you are a beginner, the 5 elastics may be too difficult to pull to complete the movement perfectly. Start with 1 or 2 bands, then increase gradually.
Remove a cable:
- Grab a handle
- Lift the black cover on the handle
- Remove the cable from the handle by pulling it out.
- Repeat this with the other handle.
Add a cable:
- Lift the cover
- Place the right part of the cable in the slot
- Pull down to lock the ball that keeps the cable in place
- Same thing on the other side.
Thanks to your feedback, our design teams have worked hard to improve this expander.
So, for the safest practice and better comfort, we have reworked the handle and the elastic attachment system.With the larger handle, you can put your foot through and use it safely.
It is curved to fit the shape of your forearms during biceps curl movements for example.
Toning shoulder workout:
- Reverse fly: 3×12-20 reps
- High pulls: 3×12-20 reps
- Standing one-arm shoulder press: 3×12-20 reps/side
- Face pull: 3×15-20 reps
Keep rest time short between exercises, between 45 and 90 seconds.
Increase by one rep a week until you can increase the resistance of the expander.
This product is super helpful for warming and training with resistance.
