To be honest its not great to use with a SUP board. However tightly tied it still slips and slides.
Some instructions on how it is supposed to work with a SUP would be useful

Never used a trolley before this, found it a bit fiddly to start with. However once I became more experienced it was fast and simply to use. Not a problem to load/unload on your own.
I have found it a struggle to get up steep shingle beaches, but that may be me.

https://youtu.be/gmgipJU6OeE very goof trolley fully functional for windsurfing, I also use with a big kayak and will post a video shortly. Great, easy to use, stable, and a good price. I'd expect nothing less from decathlon but this is exceptional.
