Worst service ever
Ordered a weight set, part of it came, trying to contact someone to see what�s going on, very difficult, waiting in a queue for it to just start at the beginning again, same with whatsapp and chat, I just want to see what�s going on. Says delay due to Royal Mail strikes but it�s not Royal Mail delivering it? Very disappointed, working from home and Covid not very good excuses any more, fix up or shut down, probably not best to substitute customer service for sales as I definitely will not use this company again. Avoid, go to a credible company

Great set of weights but beware with Rack 900
Great set of weights, but please beware when buying this to use with the Rack 900. This set of weights comes with the 175cm version of the barbell and the position of the weight-plate-stops built into the bar leaves VERY little room between the inner-most weight plate and the rack 900 stantions. Placing the bar back onto the rack after a set of benchpress it tricky to aim. To help with this situation, i used one set of the supplied collars to space the weight plates further out on the bar, but this was a pain because you only get three sets of collars and so I was constantly having to swap the collars from the barbell end of the barbell to a dumbbell when i moved between exercises. It also reduces the number of weight plates you can fit onto the bar. I have just purchased the 2.00m version of this barbell to rectify this situation.
