Clean after each use. If you use sports drinks, carefully rinse all parts of the bottle, lid and mouthpiece to ensure there is no residue. Use dishwashing liquid and a suitable brush to reach the bottom of the bottle.Dry completely and store without the lid so the bottle can air.
