• Remove the silicone band from around the cup
• Remove the stopper from the lid before removing the lid
• Ensure the cup is fully open by pulling the top and bottom in opposite directions
• Slide the silicon band up from the bottom of the cup to the centre before filling with your drink
• Fill your cup with your delicious warm or cold drink no higher than the maximum fill line
• Replace the lid carefully
• Take care when drinking incase your drink is still warm
