Resistant soles for walking trailsOur hiking boots are designed for use on hiking trails. Indeed, the components of the sole and upper of our boots are selected and tested to ensure that they are as well suited as possible to hiking on soft trails (e.g. dirt paths in forests) or stony trails (rocky coastal footpaths, for example). Road use (tarmac) may lead to premature wear on your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for high mountain walking.
Tested for optimal durabilityLaboratory tests were conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing.
These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.
We recommend that you choose a pair of socks made of polyamide, without cotton. Polyamide is a fibre that is specially chosen for its capacity to eliminate moisture. So when you sweat, the socks made of polyamide will eliminate any moisture. Then, your shoes will take over the task of wicking away the moisture to the outside thanks to the ventilated mesh. For this, we recommend the Newfeel WS500 Fresh socks.
